Jay-Z says "Nah" to Wale for a Beat

Wale talks about being on tour with Jay-Z and how Kanye played a beat cd with beats that would later become "Jockin Jay-Z","History","A Star is Born" and a unreleased joint called "Let the Money Fall" with Kid Cudi on the hook.
